I will be your dedicated Health, Nutrition and Fitness Trainer or your S&C coach for Sports Performance.
My expertise of over 20 years in the Health, Sports and Tennis industry supporting individuals convinced me of the relevance of a holistic approach towards coaching.
My passion for coaching and Personal Training only led me specialising further towards Women’s Health, Sports and Tennis Performance, Strength & Conditioning, Youth S&C, Nutrition for Sports, Mental coaching, Health Condition Management, Senior Coaching, Exercise for lower back pain management as examples.
In regards to Tennis Development & Performance, I am certified with many renowned institutions and very privileged to be supporting Junior and adult players, at regional, national and international level.
Overall I really enjoy working with all individuals, companies, families, athletes, sports academies and schools, collaborating with other sports or health professionals.
I aim to guide people through positive and healthy changes, through optimum physical conditioning and mental wellbeing, always bearing in mind short and long term health goals.
Proudly, I am also a multi-award winning Nutrition & Fitness Coach also featured in various magazines including Men’s Health.
